Pressure-test the plumbing
We pressurize the pool’s plumbing lines and check whether they hold pressure. This helps us identify which lines are leaking.
Dive in for structural checks
We dive into the pool to inspect for structural leaks. We check areas such as cracks, skimmer throats, light conduits, and fittings, using dye to investigate suspected leak points.
WHEN A PLUMBING LEAK IS CONFIRMED
Pinpoint the leak with acoustic detection
Once we confirm a plumbing leak, we use a professional Fisher Research Labs acoustic liquid leak detector to listen for underground water and pipe leaks and pinpoint the leak’s location.
Locating the leak helps focus the next stage of the repair on the affected area.

We explain what the testing found, where the leak is located, and the repair options. Plumbing repairs, structural repairs, and minor epoxy repairs depend on the findings and agreed scope.
A dye-only inspection is also available for accessible areas inside the pool. It does not replace a plumbing pressure test.
